Dotty graduated from KU in 1980 with degrees in Psychology and Human Development and Family Life. She then went to Louisiana State University, earning Masters and Doctoral degrees in Clinical Psychology. As a clinical psychologist, she worked in various fields and jobs throughout her career. In 2017, she retired from Washington University in St Louis, Missouri, where she prepared grant requests and facilitated research related to childhood obesity and health. Up to her death, she was the same kind and wonderful person you remember.
