Jack Aron Reed, born 02/11/1958, second to the oldest child of U.P Reed and Ruby Ayers, passed away July 23, 2022.
He married his high school sweetheart Cindy Moore. Although they divorced they remained lifelong friends. He and Cindy had three children, Jason Reed, Amy Reed Jarowitz and Scott Reed. Jack is survived by siblings, Gerry (wife Donna), Robbie, Ginny, David, Alice (husband Don) and Bruce; grandchildren, Jordan (Lane), Ian (Hailey), Torianne, Hailey (Isiah), Alexis, Jacob, Cody, Austin, Tyler, and Phillip; great-grandchildren, Mathew, Adelyn, and London.
He was proceeded in death by his mother, Ruby Reed, Aug 10, 2003, and brother, Henry Reed, July 24, 2020.
He has many nieces and nephews who all loved him very much. He joined the Army after his divorce and was stationed in Fort Wainwright, Alaska. Although his feet left Alaska his heart never did. He served active duty in support of Operation Desert Storm.
