Belinda was born on November 13, 1958, to her mother, Jessie L. Banks, and her father, Lonnie G. Banks, in Warrensburg, Missouri. While growing up, she attended Parkdale Elementary and Crane Junior High before later receiving her GED. Belinda had a wide range of job skills, including being a Head Dietitian, Records Keeping, Housekeeping, and more. Belinda developed a love for softball, which she enjoyed playing with her dad. She was an amazing woman, a proud mother, and had a kind-hearted nature. Being able to witness the creation of five generations in her lifetime and being a part of her kids' and grandkids' lives were significant accomplishments for her. Belinda had a passion for cooking meals for her family and "everyone" loved her famous peach cobbler (yum). She, also loved lemon custard ice cream, green beans, liver and onions with fried potatoes (lol), all enjoyed with a nice glass of half/half iced tea. Belinda had a memorable saying: 'It looks good on who!' She loved using it while dressing up or seeing others dressed up. Her good energy was contagious, and some of her favorite activities included playing cards and dominos, as well as visiting the casino. Most importantly, Belinda loved her family; they were one of the sources of her smiles! Belinda is preceded in death by her mother, Jessie L.
