Thomas Eugene "Tom" Blevins born April 30th, 1958 in Topeka, KS passed June 3rd, 2023 in Ann Arbor, MI. Son of Alfred F. and Phyllis W. (Lippe) Blevins. Topeka High class of 1976. Attended Wichita State University. Previously employed by University of Michigan Theater Department. Tom was creative, joyful, and passionate about theater - particularly opera.

Tom was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Michael F. Blevins & Charles Z. (Zack) Blevins; and nephew, Travis M. Briggs.

He is survived by his sister and her husband; Elizabeth M. (Larry) Briggs; former sister-in-law Catherine Hartzell Blevins; one nephew and four nieces & their families.
